By placing a wholesale order with AEGEAN HOME Australia, you agree to the following terms:
Pricing Policy
Wholesale partners must not advertise, promote, or sell AEGEAN HOME products below the recommended retail price (RRP) set by AEGEAN HOME Australia at any time without prior written approval.
Undercutting brand pricing may result in suspension or termination of your wholesale account.
Resale Restrictions
Wholesale purchases are strictly for sale to end consumers only.
Products may not be resold, distributed, or supplied to other businesses, wholesalers, marketplaces, or third parties without prior written consent from AEGEAN HOME Australia.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
Orders will not be processed, packed, or released until payment has been received and cleared. No credit terms are offered unless agreed to in writing.
Import & International Freight Allocation
AEGEAN HOME Australia manages all international freight, importation, duties, customs clearance, and applicable taxes associated with bringing our products into Australia.
These costs are proportionally allocated across products and are reflected within your wholesale invoice pricing to ensure transparency and fair cost distribution.
