Our Returns Policy
At AEGEAN HOME, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at aegeanhome@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Policy

Credit:
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. This credit can be used toward any future purchase. -
Faulty Items:
If your item is deemed faulty or defective, it will be inspected by the manufacturer. Once confirmed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, including any return postage costs. -
$9.99 restocking fee applies to all orders that are not deemed faulty.

Return Postage
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage.
If the item is confirmed faulty after inspection, postage costs will be refunded.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must include proof of purchase or your order number.
How to Initiate a Return

- Your full name and order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is faulty)
- Tracking proof of your return
Return postage must be initiated and proof of tracking sent to us at Aegeanhome@hotmail.com within 7 days of your orders delivery, failure to do so voids your return.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size or color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed as store credit so you can reorder your preferred item as long as terms mentioned above are met.
